Service Manager (m/f/d)

We are seeking like-minded individuals with a passion for food and wine, and a commitment to excellent service.
Your Tasks:
- Managing restaurant operations and maintaining an exceptional service level
- Liaise between the restaurant management, service staff, kitchen team, and guests
- Organization and execution of restaurant events
- Ensuring compliance with quality standards and hygiene regulations
- Balancing the cash register at the end of the shift
- Ensuring guests’ satisfaction and handling complaints in a professional manner
- Conduction of necessary workshops and staff knowledge assessments
Your Qualifications:
- Berlin Residence and Ready-to-Start Status are required
- Experience as a service manager (m/f/d) or in a similar role
- Completed education or certification in gastronomy would be an advantage
- Knowledge of restaurant operations, incl. reservation, and POS systems
- English and German are a must, other foreign languages would be advantageous
- Pleasant appearance and hands-on mentality
- Hospitable soul and teamwork skills
- Interest in Italian cuisine is welcomed
