Sommelier (m/f/d)

We are seeking like-minded individuals with a passion for food and wine, and a commitment to excellent service.
Your Tasks:
- Maintaining and developing the wine collection of MINA
- Building and retaining valuable relationships with wine suppliers
- Stock management and monthly inventory control
- Ensuring professional wine service and wine recommendations in the restaurant
- Conducting wine workshops for the MINA-team
Your Qualifications:
- Berlin Residence and Ready-to-Start Status are required
- Sommelier Diploma or equivalent qualification
- Working experience in upscale gastronomy
- Availability to work flexible shifts, including holiday and weekend
- Passion for first-class service and pleasure in interacting with our guests
- Interest in Italian wines, and knowledge of biodynamic and natural wines would be appreciated
- Fluent English and German are a must, other languages would be an advantage
